One place to run your work, instead of sheets and chats.
When work lives in spreadsheets and group chats, nobody can see where a job stands, who has it, or what the customer is waiting for.
We design and build systems around how your team already works: a dashboard where each person sees and does only what is theirs, connected to WhatsApp, email and online payment, with reports that show your numbers without asking anyone.
What we built for Alpha Factory
Alpha Factory makes video and design for brands. One project passes through many hands: an idea, a shoot, an edit, a design, a review, a delivery. Before the platform it all lived in chats and spreadsheets. Now clients, editors, designers and reviewers work in one Arabic system, each with their own view, clear stages, and the next action always in reach.
Built around roles
A manager, an employee and a customer do not need the same screen. Every kind of user gets their own view and permissions, so people see what they need and nothing they should not.
Arabic first, made for long working days
Designed right to left from the start, not translated afterwards. Calm screens and clear stages, because a system is something your team opens every day.
How the price is set
Every system is different, so we price it after a short call where you show us how the work runs today. You get a fixed quote and a timeline before we begin, and we stay on to build the next version.

Common questions
- Can the system connect to WhatsApp and online payment?
- Yes. Systems can connect to WhatsApp, email and online payment.
- How does payment work?
- Half before we start, half at launch. Pay by bank transfer or STC Pay in Saudi Arabia, and Wise or PayPal for clients abroad.
