Overview
Alpha Factory makes video and design for brands. Before the platform, every project lived in chats and spreadsheets. Now clients, editors, designers and reviewers work in one Arabic system, each with their own view.
The challenge
One project passes through many hands: an idea, a shoot, an edit, a design, a review, a delivery. Nobody could see where a project stood, who had it, or what the client was waiting for.
The concept
Every project follows the same visible path, from draft to delivery. The client sees a dashboard of their projects; the team gets a production line of tasks by stage, with chat and a schedule; reviewers approve or ask for changes; boards and thumbnails sit next to the work.
Design
Black and gold for the agency’s brand, with a light mode for daytime work. Arabic first, built for long working days: clear stages, calm surfaces, and the next action always in reach.
