RIWAQ
A fictional stepped building in north Riyadh with three homes. You pick a home from the drone shot, fly down to its door, walk the rooms, change the finishes, then see the plan, the location and the payments, in Arabic and English.

Overview
A self-initiated showcase, not client work. Riwaq is an invented developer: the building, rooms and clips were made with AI for this demo, and every price, size and date on the site is an example, which the site says on every screen.
The challenge
Real estate sites show a gallery and a price list, so the buyer never feels the home. The goal: let a buyer choose a home, walk through it and see the numbers in one continuous visit, before they call.
The concept
The sun is the key. Each home has its own hour (garden in the morning, middle in the afternoon, sky in the evening), so turning the time of day lights up one home. Click it and the camera dives to its door, the door opens, and each click walks you to the next room.
Design
Limestone, walnut and ink, taken from the building itself. Architect's dimension lines drawn on the real door, a floor plan at the same angle as the photo, and a hand-drawn location map. Cairo for Arabic and Jost for English, with the English written fresh, not translated.
